Forgot Password

The Forgot Password page is accessed from the forgot password link on the login page.  If the Email Settings, in CYMA - System Manager - Maintain Menu, are not configured the link will not display on the login page.

To reset your password if you forgot it, enter the appropriate information in the boxes.

Employee ID

Enter your Employee ID. This is the employee ID that is assigned to your by your company.  

Last 4 SSN

Enter the last four digits of your social security number.

Zip Code

Enter the zip code that your company currently has for you.

Click the Submit button to complete the process. You will receive an email that contains a new PIN number.  To reset your account click the Create User Account link from the Login Page.

Click the Cancel button to stop the process and return to the Login Page. Your account will not be changed and your old password is still in effect.
