Login Page

The Login Page for the Employee Self Service allows an employee to login and see information.  The employee must set up an account using the Create New Account link.  This page also allows the employee to reset their password using the Forgot Password link.

 

 

Refer to the following fields and descriptions:

Select Company

Company

Select a Company in the drop down.  The field may not be visible if only one company is set up and you have successfully logged in prior to this session on this computer.

Login to ESS Web Portal

User Name or Employee ID

Enter either the User Name, that was selected during the Create New User process, or your Employee ID.  This field is case sensitive.  

Password

Enter the password that was set up during the Create New User process. If you do not have a password, click the Create New User link.  If you forgot your password click the Forgot Password link.

Click the Login button after entering your User Name and Password.  If the user name and password are correct you will be taken to the Employee Self Service home page.

  If Two-Factor Authorization is turned on you will be directed to the Two-Factor Authorization entry page. 

Forgot Password

Click the Forgot Password link, if you had previously set up a User Account and forgot your password.

Create New User

Click the Create New User link to set up a new account.
