Home Page - Calendar

The Calendar page displays events for the company.  The calendar will display the same information for all employees.  The page consists of two sections.  The top section will show a scrolling list of events. These are items that have been entered, but typically without specific dates. The section below displays a monthly calendar that will display date specific company events.

 

Scrolling Section

This section will display events above the calendar. If more than one event is set up the section will scroll through the list for review.  If no events are set up, the section will not display.

Events that display here are set up in CYMA - System Manager - Maintain - Company Events.  Events where the Calendar Msg fiels is set to No will show in this section.  

 

Calendar Section

The Calendar Section will display the current month.  The section to the right of the calendar will display more detail when an event is clicked on in the calendar.

 Use the arrow buttons in the upper left corner to move to a future or past month.  

 Click the Today link to return the calendar back to the current day.

 Click the dropdown to select a specific date to navigate to.

 Click either Day, Week, or Month to change the view of the calendar.

Click on any event to see more information regarding the event. The additional information will display to the right of the calendar.

 

Events that display here are set up in CYMA - System Manager - Maintain - Company Events.  Events where the Calendar Msg fiels is set to Yes will show in this section.
